iPhone Owners Get Discount iPhone 3GS Upgrade

(The Daily News) ATT has admitted that they messed up in charging current iPhone owners more for the iPhone 3GS, which comes out on Thursday and has reversed it's policy, saying that those who have upgrades due within the next several months will be allowed to upgrade early at ATTs discounted price.
