Nine Year Old Wants to Stay in Brazil

(The Daily News) A nine-year old boy in the middle of a bitter custody battle between his father in the U.S. and step-father in Brazil says he wants to remain in Brazil. The boy was illegally taken there several years ago and when the mom later died, custody was awarded to the step-dad by a Brazilian judge.
